  Trust me when I tell you that you haven't been to a jewelry party until you've been to a Madame Got Rocks jewelry party. I've had the pleasure of attending and I was blown away. Everything from rings, bracelets and all the pretty shiny things to the  pink & green decor, the champagne and of course the goodie bags!!  OMG I really felt like a kid in a candy story and to top it off all her amazing pieces were really affordable. Since I'll be hosting a Madame Got Event soon (date/details TBA) I wanted my guest to know a little bit about Annisa and Madame Got Rocks.

1. Where did you get your fashion inspiration from?

 I have a passion for European Fashion and I loved Tailored Clothing & Anything that is Different. I've been inspired by Cheap/Chic Fashion & I believe that people can look like a Million dollars without spending that!

2. Define the purpose for Madame Got Rocks and what made you start it? 
I believe that its not your clothing that makes an outfit, but your accessories. I can wear a simple wife beater and jeans, but if I add some trendy fashionable pieces to my outfit, trust me it will look glam as ever.
 I Love Accessories & I like to wear any and everything that is different. I don't like to have items that other people have. I came up with Madame Got Rocks Because people were always asking me where I get my accessories from. 

3. Name 3 reasons why attending your jewelry party will be different from other jewelery parties ?

(1)I LOVE ART & FASHION SO I INCORPORATED THAT IN MY SHOWCASE. I THINK THAT MY DISPLAY IS VERY EYE CATCHING, FASHIONBLY LOUD, ATTRACTIVE & PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING! (2) I ALSO SERVE CHAMPAGNE, STRAWBERRIES & RED VELVET CAKE. (3)THE MOST REWARDING PART OF MY JEWELRY PARTIES IS THAT I GIVE AWAY GIFT BAGS, I HAVE GAMES WHICH WOMEN WILL WIN JEWELRY & EACH HOST RECEIVES $100 WORTH OF MADAME' GOT ROCKS PIECES.

4. When you are not planning the next showcase what do you like to do?

WHEN IM NOT PLANNING MY NEXT SHOWCASE, I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY, FOOD & FASHION. I  RECENTLY BEGAN PHOTOGRAPHING THE SEASONS CHANGES IN OUR ENVIRONMENT. SPRING IS VERY BEAUTIFUL IF YOU TAKES A FEW PICS OF THE RECENT CHANGES IN OUR EARTH. I LOVE MEETING & NETWORKING WITH PEOPLE @ ALL TIMES. PEOPLE THAT COMMUNICATE & WORK TOGETHER ACCOMPLISH WAY MORE IN LIFE

5.Do you see handbags and other accessories in the future for M.G.R? 
FOR MADAME' GOT ROCKS FUTURE, I SEE MYSELF SELLING ART WORK, SMALL CLUTCHES, HAIR PIECES & ANYTHING FASHIONABLE LOUD FOR THE HOME DECOR.

What do you think makes a woman beautiful?

 

I THINK WHAT MAKES A WOMAN BEAUTIFUL IS HER DRIVE, HER CONFIDENCE & HUMBLE PERSONALITY. REMEMBER A LADY MUST ALWAYS BE A LADY, & THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH BEING A BOSS ON TOP OF THE LADDER & BEING A LADY @ THE SAME TIME.

ITS MY BIRTHDAAAAAY!! 16 candles PLUS

So many people have been showing me birthday love already and Thank you all for that. I make it hard for you guys to forget lol you know I celebrate my bday from late February to early April. However This birthday is  a little different because its not about partying nonstop until every drop of liquor in the bottle of every bar  is empty ...its really important for me to take the time to really reflect on my life. Living for me being happy for me loving me and not holding on to regrets, grudges and any other form of negative energy. "Your lifetime in form is to be honored & celebrated.Go beyond your enslavement,& live fully in the now, as this is the only time you have."

 OMG Jamaica was amazing even with the mosquitoes. My 95 year old grandmother shared her many words of wisdom and I was the perfect beach bum! Miami was great as usual special thanks to American Airlines for not making me pay flight change fees :) and Royal Palm Hotel Staff and Wet Willies and the Sun & the Ocean. Miami has become my therapy city I really can forget about everything there and calm my nerves...No medication Needed!! I'll be back soon!  NYC TODAY WAS BEAUTIFUL & FUN AS EVER!! I've been in love with this city since my 5th birthday March 21st 1987 when I saw all the bright lights. Today I  Moon-walked with a Micheal Jackson look alike I was Dirty Dionna lol.I got a fake tribal tattoo of a heart being protected hmm , drank some yummy margaritas and laughed my ass off! YEAH 16 Candles Plus!!! Another Year Another Blessing. Honestly Not everything in my life is perfect but Im still living and learning and loving every second of it!! I'm Blessed!

Dear Diet,

      Its just not working out between us and trust me its not you its me....I just don't know how much more of this I can take.  I mean for the past few days I've been  eating salad, salad, and more f*cking  salad. I'm not a rabbit and if I was I would hop my ass on over to the pizza spot down the street and order some buffalo wings with extra blue cheese and some fries... AND JALEPENO POPPERS!! Honestly you're too damn controlling you wanna be around me all the time and you wont even let me go to HAPPY HOUR WITH MY FRIENDS! I only go to the gym to make you happy and its not fair.STOP TRYING TO CHANGE ME!!   I think we just need space...so we can  explore some other options. I tried to love you ....I'm so sorry.  "It’s a celebration Clap, clap, bravo Lobster and shrimp and a glass of Moscato" Sooo the rapper/actor/singer Drake mentions this wine & now its everyone's favorite wine??Hmmm Lol  WELL that seems to be most peoples reaction when you mention Moscato WHO CARES...it tastes pretty good and for a really big bottle its only $10. Many joke and call it the Kool-aid of wine hahaha.  I love to drink but I'm no wine expert I cant break down white vs red which one goes well with pasta whats cheap whats expensive??? Umm just pour something in my glass and we good. LOL  Anyways I'm a new fan of this wine and at this very moment I'm sipping on my 3rd glass and enjoying it with some pepperjack cheese& fruit. LOVES IT! Barefoot is one of the most popular Moscato brands and it describes this as

"Full of the flavors of juicy peach and ripe apricots, this wine has citrusy hints of lemon and orange that wraps things up with a bright, crisp finish. An easy-sipping wine that works well when paired with mild cheeses, fresh fruit or spicy Asian dishes. It’s also terrific with desserts." 

Some of you know I'm an experimentalist in the kitchen and I do plan on creating some dishes thats paired with this sweet wine. OMG I wont even tell you I saw one for Moscato Cupcakes!! In the mean time I found heres a some recipes you can try. ENJOY! 

Peachy Moscato Mimosa  

Ingredients:Moscato Spumante , Peach Schnapps ,Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice Instructions: Fill a champagne 1/4 OJ and 1/4 cranberry juice and Spumante and a splash of peach schnapps.Make sure your juices ,spumante and juices are well chilled.

 Peachy Moscato Sangria 

Ingredients
1 750ml BAREFOOT Moscato
1/2 cup Peach Schnapps
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup Club Soda

Fruit: orange, sliced thin
peach, sliced
1 cup mango, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 cup blueberries


Instructions
In a large pitcher disolve sugar using the Club Soda, place orange slices and smash with a spoon. Add Moscato and schnapps, and mix well. Next add peach, mango and blueberries.
Using a large tall glass fill with ice, pour sangria in each glass, generously spoon in fruit.

Barefoot Moscato Mojito

Ingredients: 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp granulated sugar, ½ cup Barefoot Moscato, Crushed ice, Chilled seltzer. 

Instructions: In a small pitcher, mix mint leaves, lime juice and sugar. Fill 2 tall glasses with crushed ice; pour mint mixture over ice. Add Barefoot Moscato wine. YUM! ENJOY!
